Social Justice Warriors and legislators (who seem to be converging into a single class) are always telling others what to do from their self-proclaimed superior moral vantage points.
A bedrock principle of epistemology (how we can know anything) is that God exists first. There must be a Creator God, independent of us, who defines truth, proof, and reality. Truth can only be eternal and unchanging by existing outside of time, space, and humanity. If we get to define it, how is it going to be unchanging?

Having been a pastor for over 25 years now, I write out of a deep concern over the state of the Church in America. If one was to look at Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress, the Church in America today is stuck in Vanity Fair. There is a perpetual pursuit by American Christians for personal peace and prosperity.
